By using oldredhvac.com or calling our booking line, you're agreeing to the following.

What Old Red is

Old Red Heating & Air is a booking service run by Timberline Digital LLC. We hold no trade license and do not perform heating or cooling work ourselves. When you call or submit the form, we take down what you need and connect you with a licensed, independent contractor who covers your address. That contractor performs the work and contracts with you directly — not with us.

No price quotes

We do not quote prices for heating or cooling work, and nothing on this site should be read as a price estimate. Pricing is a conversation you have directly with the contractor you're booked with.

Coverage isn't guaranteed

We only book appointments in the areas listed on this site. Submitting the form doesn't guarantee we cover your address, and it doesn't guarantee a contractor's availability once we do.

Calls and messages

Calls to our booking line may be recorded, which the greeting discloses before you're connected. If you give us a phone number we may call you about the request you submitted. We text you about it only if you tick the consent box on the booking form — appointment confirmations, reminders, notice that the contractor is on the way, and a follow-up asking how it went. Ticking it is not a condition of booking. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop the texts or HELP for help. Our privacy policy sets this out in full.

No warranty on the work

We aren't the ones doing the work, so we don't warrant it. Any warranty on parts, labor, or workmanship comes from the contractor you're matched with, under whatever terms they offer directly.

Age

You must be at least 18 to submit a request through this site.

Limitation of liability

Old Red and Timberline Digital LLC are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or workmanship of any independent contractor we connect you with. Our role ends at the introduction.

Google Maps features

Use of Google Maps features in our service desk is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Business listings identify potential prospects; they do not establish that a business needs a particular service or has agreed to receive marketing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
